Enrolments
All enrolments are accepted subject to availability and similarly are subject to the following terms and conditions.
E-Learning/Pre-course Material.
Any course material required to be finished prior to completing/attending the course must be done solely by the person enrolling in the course. E-learning/precourse material is designed to assist with the learning process, decrease classroom time and to provide the knowledge required to successfully complete the assessment required for the course. If Corporate First Aid Australia determines a third party completed the assessment we reserve the right to cancel the trainee’s enrolment in the course and any certificates issued will be revoked and no refund will be provided. Failure to complete any e-learning/precourse material required prior to arrival to face to face training (to complete the course) may result in difficulty passing the required course assessment.
Policy for Fees, charges, refunds and cancellation
*For corporate bookings a purchase order is to be issued as pre-arranged with Director prior to enrolment. Certificates will be issued upon receipt of payment.
*For individual enrolments payment is to be received in full prior to commencement of the course. Payment is to be made when enroling on-line.
- if full payment is not received prior to course commencement the client may commence the course only with Directors approval and no certificate will be issued until full payment is received.
*Non-attendence will incur full course cost.
*If clients wish to transfer to another course, then greater than 7 working days notice must be given to receive a refund, however a $20.00 administration fee is payable.
*If a client commences a course, but does not complete the course, the full course fee is still payable.
- where circumstances warrant, an agreement may be made with the Director for a reduced fee to be paid.
Refund requests must be made in writing on Corporate First Aid Australias Refund Request Form. To view full Refund Policy please conact our office and a copy will be made available to you.
Cancellation of course:
If, for unforseen circustances, the course is unable to be offered (eg equipment breakdown, instructor unavailable due to illness and replacement unavailable at short notice) the student will be offered a place in the next available course at their convenience. If unsuitable the student may apply for a full refund of monies paid by completeing the Refund Request Form. No compensation will be paid the student/employer for loss of work time/income incurred from cancellation due to unforseen circumstances.
Intellectual Property:
All materials supplied either on-line or in printed form remain the intellectual property of Corporate First Aid Australia and may not be copied, altered or redistributed without the written consent from the Director.
